Our Legacy

A small seed of Sharda Earth Movers was planted way back in 2003. The main emphasis at that time was to have a construction machinery fleet under the Proprietary firm. With a clear vision right from the inception of the firm, It quickly mastered industry standards and bagged few infrastructure development projects. Within 3 years since the inception, Sharda had successfully received Class-I(A) registration under the Public Works Department under the Government of Maharashtra. The FIRM started to take the shape of an ORGANIZATION during its primitive years right after the government registration.

Slow and Steady wins the Race...! Sharda Earth Movers slowly but progressively kept executing one project after the other during the ten years from 2006 to 2016. It was then that the horizon had further expanded, and thoughts to take the company to the next level started creeping in the minds of the visionary leadership. The Next Big Thing was coming. The Proprietary concern changed its constitution to Partnership and its name to SHARDA INFRATECH.

The principles & ethos of the company were still in place. Moreover, relentless and untiring work for more than a decade further refined and polished skills of the working hands that were shaping the future of Sharda. It was the time that traditional values and experience were coupled with technological transformation and emphasis on systems through the education and exposure of the second generation, A son who was getting in the shoes of his mother. You heard us right. Sharda Earth Movers was a brainchild of a Woman Entrepreneur, named Usha Kulkarni.

Before the words like Women Empowerment became the agenda of the Political parties, Usha empowered not only her family but also families of those who worked for Sharda. Sharda Infratech has been a major contributor in the area of Industrial Infrastructure Development that has taken place in Maharashtra over the last 14 years under Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation. It continues to do so today with the same dedication, vigor & vitality. Sharda Infratech proudly associates itself with Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Indian Port Rail & Ropeways Corporation Ltd. as a major Infrastructure development company in Maharashtra. Be it Roads, Water Supply Schemes, Electricity Distribution & Transmission work, Water Reservoirs, Water Pipelines, Buildings, Railway Track Laying & Linking, Development of Ports - Sharda has been there, done that - with an absolute emphasis on Timely Completion, Quality and Best Engineering Practices to the utmost satisfaction of the client.

Sharda has recently diversified into Real Estate Development as well with prestigious Projects in Pune and Aurangabad. The company is growing leaps and bounds; however, still deep-rooted and grounded in the principles and ethos on which the entire business was built and promoted. The seed has grown into a tree now, and now it's the time that the Young Generation has started branching it out in the form of sustainable diversification ideas.
