She holds Masters in Science degree from Aurangabad University. Women Empowerment being talked about recently, she in true sense, demonstrated women empowerment long ago by founding Sharda Earth Movers. She represents the strong foundation of the organization under whose guidance Sharda took definite shape.
Her strategic decisions since inception has helped the organization not only achieve sustainable growth but also build a sphere of trust among its stakeholders. Through her selfless working, Usha has truly evoked a sense of belongingness and family like environment within the organization thereby increasing cohesion and loyalty.
Managing Partner
Nikhil is a Mechanical Engineer who then went on to broaden his horizon and pursued Masters in Business Administration from U.S.A. He has always been passionate to work for the society and bring about a sustainable transformation. He therefore returned to India after completing his post-graduation with zeal to work for betterment of society through their family business.
He is the execution specialist of Sharda who has vast experience coupled with emphasis on systems development. His logical Engineering approach along with discipline in Finance Management is helping the company to grow in a sustainable manner. Nikhil has been instrumental in building TEAM SHARDA, a team of dedicated, passionate, and highly aspirant associates who work relentlessly to shape prosperous future of Sharda Infratech.

Pallavi, another woman entrepreneur in the family, is an accomplished Engineering post-graduate having a keen eye for work detailing. The organization has been able to achieve a comprehensive operational effectiveness owing to her meticulous and analytical approach. She also heads Project Monitoring & Business Development within the organization.
