Projects Scope

MIDC had acquired 1563.27 hectares of land for the development of the industrial area at Waluj-Ahmednagar state highway. The area is 10 km away from Aurangabad City. There are approximately 85 km of asphalted roads in this industrial area. Over the years, the old central verge in the industrial area had completely sunk in the ground. This had increased road accidents in the area. Therefore, the old central verge was removed. A new central verge consisting of Precast RCC curb stones was constructed along with beautification and increasing the overall aesthetic value of the area. This also resulted in control over road accidents.
