MIDC has developed the Waluj industrial area along with Aurangabad - Pune state highway at around 10 Km from Aurangabad City. Due to the tremendous growth of the industrial area in recent years, the movement of traffic on the road has also seen an exorbitant rise. An increase in traffic has resulted in the need for widening of existing roads at main junctions and providing pavement along both sides of the road to facilitate pedestrian movement.
